Crab Fondue Recipe

This is one of my all time favourite recipes and the boys just love it too. We came across it years ago in a gorgeous little seafood restaurant in San Francisco and just had to make it ourselves.  

 I love to have it for lunch or it could be served as a sharing starter for dinner!  

Ingredients:

  • Swiss Chard
  • Crab Meat 
  • Mature Grated Cheddar 
  • Cream 
  • Black Pepper
  • Fresh Baguette 

Method:

  • Mix equal parts of Swiss chard (or spinach), crab meat and mature grated white cheddar to a dish. 
  • Add in an ounce of cream, season with black pepper and bake in the oven at 180*c for about 10 mins.
  • Serve with a fresh baguette. 
  • Enjoy!
