A little bit about me…
Hello, I’m Laura. I’m a wife and a mom to 4 gorgeous boys. At the time of writing this my boys are aged 4, 3, 2 and 9 months old. It’s been a busy 4 years! My other job is a nurse… I love my job and I’m also a trained midwife.
I started my Instagram page @fourboysblue in 2019 to showcase some of my favourite boys clothes. I was always hearing “it must be so hard to dress boys” and that “it must be no fun”! But the truth is, it’s not hard, sometimes you have to look harder and yes it is fun!!! My page has evolved from there.
I’m passionate about my boys growing up in a fun and safe environment. At this age the best way for them to learn is play, play and more play. You will see lots of arts and crafts on my page, fun activities to keep them busy, plenty of cooking and a little of our home.
In the summer of 2020, after my fourth son was born, something terrifying happened. I was diagnosed with breast cancer. My husband and I were initially so afraid. Terrified is probably a more accurate description. The night I was diagnosed my husband and I sat down and made a choice – we would be positive about this and this would not get the better of us (to read more on this, check out my blog post here).
