
When I think of summer lunches in the sun, I think of yummy basil pesto. It’s great for salads, grazing boards, pasta for the kids. I love how versatile it is and so easy to make.
Ingredients
60g Pine Nuts
75g Basil
3 Garlic Cloves
150mls Olive Oil
60g Parmesan
Method
Add all the ingredients together and blitz with a hand blender.
